A. With “ready to be used apartments” we mean a fully furnished and equipped flat, in which you can find all the things you may need in your everyday life, from kitchen equipment to household appliances. 

Q. Which services are included in the price of the apartment?
A. The apartment is always delivered with bed linen as well as towels and in the price is included a part of household consumptions' expenses (light and gas).

Q. Which services are excluded from the price of the apartment?
A. Cleaning services and extra changing of bed linen. Check-in and check-out, when not during ordinary office hours (Saturdays and Sundays).

Q. Which criteria may I use to select the right apartment for me?
A. You can make a research based upon the apartment's size (1 / 2 / 3-rooms flat, etc.), the city's area of interest, the price or the period of time you wish to stay in Milan.

Q. Is it possible to extend the agreed rental time?
A. Yes, it is possible with at least a 10 days advance notice.
